Port 393 offers rooftop ceremonies during the Spring, Summer, and Fall, with sweeping waterfront views. During winter months, or as a weather backup, ceremonies transition seamlessly into The Harbor Room, maintaining both comfort and continuity.

Reception Layouts:

Our spaces accommodate a range of thoughtfully designed reception styles, including seated dinners, long-table arrangements, and cocktail-style celebrations. Layouts are refined in advance to ensure flow, guest comfort, and an effortless transition between moments.

Guest Experience & Capacity

Port 393 is ideally suited for weddings of approximately 100-200 guests, with flexibility to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Guest movement, seating, and service are all carefully planned to maintain an elevated experience throughout the evening.

Seasonal Flexibility

With experience hosting weddings year-round, our team designs timelines and layouts that adapt naturally to the season – ensuring each celebration feels intentional, cohesive, and unhurried, regardless of the month.

Yes. Port 393 offers on-site wedding ceremonies year-round. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, ceremonies are held on our rooftop overlooking the water. In the winter months, ceremonies transition indoors to The Harbor Room, allowing couples to maintain a cohesive timeline and guest experience regardless of season or weather.

Does Port 393 offer Day of Coordination services?

Yes. Port 393 offers in-house Day-of Coordination to ensure each wedding is executed smoothly and on schedule. Our coordinators oversee timelines, manage transitions between ceremony and reception, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors—allowing couples and their guests to remain fully present throughout the day.

Can we reserve the venue for the whole day, and how many people can attend?

Yes. Weddings at Port 393 include exclusive access to the venue for the day. The Cove House is reserved beginning at 9:00 a.m. for wedding-day preparations, with full access to both levels of Port 393 beginning at 12:00 p.m. and extending through the conclusion of the celebration. Port 393 can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, allowing for a comfortable and well-paced experience throughout the day.

Do you have required catering partners?

Yes. Port 393 works with a curated group of professional catering partners. These trusted partners are deeply familiar with our spaces, timelines, and service standards, allowing each wedding to run smoothly and consistently from start to finish. This approach ensures elevated service, seamless coordination, and a refined guest experience.

Will Port 393 accommodate guests with mobility needs?

Yes. Port 393 is fully equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs. A commercial elevator provides easy access between both levels of the venue, and accessible restrooms are available on each floor to ensure guest comfort throughout the celebration.

Can we incorporate a boat into our wedding day?

Yes. Port 393's waterfront location allows couples to incorporate a boat into their wedding day, whether by chartering a vessel or using their own. A public boat launch is located nearby at Kollen Park, making it easy to coordinate waterfront arrivals, departures, or photo moments as part of the celebration.

How many weddings does Port 393 host each year?

Port 393 hosts approximately 100 weddings annually. This experience allows our team to deliver consistent timelines, refined layouts, and a calm, well-orchestrated wedding day for every couple.
