Ceremony Options:

Port 393 offers rooftop ceremonies during the Spring, Summer, and Fall, with sweeping waterfront views. During winter months, or as a weather backup, ceremonies transition seamlessly into The Harbor Room, maintaining both comfort and continuity.

Reception Layouts:

Our spaces accommodate a range of thoughtfully designed reception styles, including seated dinners, long-table arrangements, and cocktail-style celebrations. Layouts are refined in advance to ensure flow, guest comfort, and an effortless transition between moments.

Guest Experience & Capacity

Port 393 is ideally suited for weddings of approximately 100-200 guests, with flexibility to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Guest movement, seating, and service are all carefully planned to maintain an elevated experience throughout the evening.

Seasonal Flexibility

With experience hosting weddings year-round, our team designs timelines and layouts that adapt naturally to the season – ensuring each celebration feels intentional, cohesive, and unhurried, regardless of the month.

Couples benefit from a curated in-house décor collection, professional on-site bartenders, champagne on tap, private getting ready house for both parties, and access to a personal sommelier – services designed to simplify planning while enhancing the overall experience.

Yes. Port 393 offers on-site wedding ceremonies year-round -- rooftop ceremonies with waterfront views during Spring, Summer, and Fall, and indoor ceremonies in The Harbor Room during winter.

Does Port 393 offer Day of Coordination services?

Yes. Port 393 offers in-house Day-of Coordination covering timeline management, vendor communication, and ceremony-to-reception transitions. The coordinator is the primary on-site point of contact throughout the wedding day.

Can we reserve the venue for the whole day, and how many people can attend?

Yes. Weddings at Port 393 include exclusive full-day venue access. The Cove House opens at 9:00 AM for preparations; full access to both levels begins at 12:00 PM. Port 393 accommodates up to 200 seated guests.

Do you have required catering partners?

Yes. Port 393 requires catering from an approved group of professional partners who are familiar with the venue's spaces, timelines, and service standards.

Will Port 393 accommodate guests with mobility needs?

Yes. Port 393 is ADA compliant with a commercial elevator between both levels and accessible restrooms on each floor.

Can we incorporate a boat into our wedding day?

Yes. Port 393's waterfront location supports boat arrivals, departures, and photo moments. A public boat launch is available at nearby Kollen Park.
