Candice and Brian Grant holding the plans for their new building, The Cove

September Port 393 Updates from Candice Grant

Venue Updates

Attention 2024 Couples!

We have something special coming your way!

(Starting May of 2024)

Introducing: The Cove House

The Cove House will be a completely renovated space offering two separate getting
ready suites, bathrooms, a kitchenette and a courtyard. I have been working closely with the city, our architect and builder for months, and we have approval to start on this amazing project. The architect has some stunning plans to ensure that the home we bought is curated specifically for getting ready spaces and matches the venue! The Cove House is going to be a beautiful addition to the Port 393 Venue.

We can’t wait to offer this space to our couples beginning in May 2024

Stay tuned for more details!

Wedding Feature – Rachel & Max

July 7, 2023 | Day of Coordinator: Alison vanMelle

Rachel & Max’s curated mirco wedding was a special one for us! This intimate wedding was hosted on Port 393’s second level, utilizing the modern and luxurious feel of the Skyview Lounge + Port Terrace.

When Rachel & Max started planning with their Day of Coordinator Alison it was so clear that they wanted to ensure every detail of their event was elevated. The event encapsulated a lot of blue and teal tones, reflected in the Groom’s Suit, the invitation suite, the guests attire, which played well with the blue walls of the Skyview Lounge!

Given the guest count of this event they were able to tie the knot facing the white stone fireplace on the Terrace! The event transitioned seamlessly to a cocktail hour on the Port Terrace utilizing hightops and the Haworth Outdoor Furniture. We opened up the garage doors so that guests were easily able to grab drinks & slushy’s from the bar!

For the reception we created a large King Arthur Table in the center of the room, placing the Bride & Groom at the head of the table. Rachel & Max were perfectly centered in front of the indoor fireplace where the “Better Together” neon sign was hung! Following dinner, guests spent the night dancing underneath the market lights on the Port Terrace!

Port 393 Decor Package:

  • Gold Mercury Glass Votives with Tea Light
  • Table Greenery

  • Glass Vase with Pampas Grass

When we designed Port 393, we wanted to ensure that the space can be used to cater each and every couple given the unique needs that each of our clients has!

It was so fun curating Port 393 to fit specifically to Rachel & Max’s special day!
