Does Port 393 have bar service?
Yes, Port 393 offers three tiers of customizable bar packages. We are equipped with two full service bars and provide in-house bartenders.
What type of chairs do you have for my wedding?
We have black chicari chairs with white pads that are included in the building rental at no additional charge.
What types of bar services does Port 393 offer?
All of Port 393 wedding bar services are open bar. Our packages include beer, wine and liquor.
How does Port 393 help me plan my event?
How do payments work with Port 393?
Port 393 has an online Guest Portal for our clients to easily make ACH/Bank payments.
What is required to book at Port 393?
Port 393 requires 50% of the booking fee and a signed Rental Agreement to finalize a booking.
Can Port 393 do everything for me?
Port 393 is able to provide as much or as little support as you need. We offer event planning, decorating and day-of coordination for an additional cost. Our in-house events team has decades of combined experience and would be happy to manage everything for you. We also have event staff, bartenders, a charcuterie specialist and a sommelier on staff to make your event flawless.

Yes, about 20% of our events are corporate.
What is included with a corporate event at Port 393?
Port 393 includes the building furnishings (plus all tables and chairs) along with linens for every corporate event.
Does Port 393 have any services for my corporate event?
Port 393 offers coffee, water, soda and snack services for clients who want them. Valet available upon request.
What type of bar function does Port 393 offer for my corporate event?
Corporate events can choose to have an open bar, drink tickets or cash bar.
Does Port 393 have all AV items required for my event?
Yes, we have projectors and screens on the main level along with a presentation TV on the second level.
Does Port 393 offer food management?
Port 393 can help you with managing your catering vendor.
Can Port 393 coordinate my event?
Yes, our on-site event coordinators are the best in the business.

We have three main spaces.

Yes, we have a rooftop patio.
Does Port 393 have bar service?
Yes, we have two full service bars that come equipped with in-house bartenders.
How many parking spaces does Port 393 have?
Port 393 has 125 free dedicated spaces within walking distance of the building.
Do we have to reserve the whole venue, or can we just rent one room?
You can absolutely rent just one or two spaces – however, renting individual spaces does come with different capacity limitations.
Does Port 393 have preferred vendors for things like catering, floral and entertainment?
We’ve worked hard to cultivate relationships with incredible local vendors and prefer that you choose from our currated list.
Does Port 393 require us to work with your event staff to plan our event?
While our team is the best in the business, you are welcome to bring your own professional staff in most cases. Due to state regulations, we do not allow outside bartenders.
