Yes. Port 393 offers on-site wedding ceremonies year-round. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, ceremonies are held on our rooftop overlooking the water. In the winter months, ceremonies transition indoors to The Harbor Room, allowing couples to maintain a cohesive timeline and guest experience regardless of season or weather.
Yes. Port 393 offers in-house Day-of Coordination to ensure each wedding is executed smoothly and on schedule. Our coordinators oversee timelines, manage transitions between ceremony and reception, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors—allowing couples and their guests to remain fully present throughout the day.
Yes. Weddings at Port 393 include exclusive access to the venue for the day. The Cove House is reserved beginning at 9:00 a.m. for wedding-day preparations, with full access to both levels of Port 393 beginning at 12:00 p.m. and extending through the conclusion of the celebration. Port 393 can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, allowing for a comfortable and well-paced experience throughout the day.
Yes. Port 393 works with a curated group of professional catering partners. These trusted partners are deeply familiar with our spaces, timelines, and service standards, allowing each wedding to run smoothly and consistently from start to finish. This approach ensures elevated service, seamless coordination, and a refined guest experience.
Yes. Port 393 is fully equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs. A commercial elevator provides easy access between both levels of the venue, and accessible restrooms are available on each floor to ensure guest comfort throughout the celebration.
Yes. Port 393's waterfront location allows couples to incorporate a boat into their wedding day, whether by chartering a vessel or using their own. A public boat launch is located nearby at Kollen Park, making it easy to coordinate waterfront arrivals, departures, or photo moments as part of the celebration.
Port 393 hosts approximately 100 weddings annually. This experience allows our team to deliver consistent timelines, refined layouts, and a calm, well-orchestrated wedding day for every couple.

The Harbor Room is equipped with both ear and handheld microphones, two 12-foot screens with projectors, a floor projection system, overhead speakers, and wireless internet. The Skyview Lounge is equipped with a Samsung Frame TV, ear and handheld microphones, overhead speakers and wireless internet. The Port Terrace also has ear and handheld microphones, overhead speakers and wireless internet.
Yes, we are ADA friendly, and have a service elevator and ADA restrooms on both levels.
Port 393's main level, The Harbor Room, is equipped with a full service bar. The Skyview Lounge, on the second level, also has a full service bar and outdoor rooftop terrace.

Day-of coordination begins prior to the wedding day and includes advance timeline creation, vendor communication, and logistics planning to ensure a smooth execution on-site.
Your coordinator manages timelines, vendor arrivals, ceremony and reception flow, and on-site logistics. Couples remain in control of major decisions, while the coordination team handles execution and problem-solving behind the scenes.
Coordination is fully integrated with Port 393's in-house teams, including Charm Decor House and bar services. This allows layouts, timelines, and setup decisions to be aligned early, reducing last-minute changes and improving overall flow.

Yes! We have hosted all sorts of social events and are equipped to make your vision come to life!
We include a Manager, Venue Assistant, furnishings, tables, and chairs.
The Harbor Room (main level), Skyview Lounge + Port Terrace (Second Level) and The Cove House – there is something for everyone at Port 393!
We offer a cash bar, drink tickets and packages! (Bar services are not required)
For Social Events you may use one of our preferred partners or find your own food provider! (All food providers must have a Food License and Insurance)
We do not have a minimum, we welcome all group sizes!
