Couples like Alexandra and Justin are the reason that my job is just the dreamiest.

As a Day of Coordinator, I get to turn dreams into reality, and Allie and Justin’s dream for their wedding day certainly didn’t disappoint.

From lush baby’s breath swags and sleek black chargers, to a staircase lit with candles, Allie and Justin worked alongside myself and the Port 393 team to form the perfect day.

What I loved most about the planning process with Allie and Justin, was their choice in using Port 393 decor rentals to allow their family and friends to relax and enjoy the day.

Without the stress of loading and unloading multiple rentals, Allie’s parents and bridesmaids were able to have fun in Port’s Skyview lounge, getting their hair and makeup done while my team pulled her wedding décor together from our in-house rentals.

The Dykgraaf’s chose our ribbed votives and pedestal candle holders mixed in with baby’s breath floral swags from Garden Ground Floral.

For an elevated look, Allie added in Port’s crystal and green vintage glassware and black metal chargers.

Beyond the tables, our team adorned the staircase with a collection of LED pillar candles that created a wonderful ambiance as guests moved from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.

Our pickle barrel wood walls made the perfect backdrop for the happy couple.

An easy addition of a neon sign completed the look, framed by the deconstructed floral arch that I moved from the ceremony space to the reception space as guests enjoyed cocktail hour.

No wedding is complete without personal touches.

Allie brought in framed photos of loved ones, various signs and an adorable MR and MRS for their head table.

Included in our Day of Coordination services is the set up and tear down of all personal items brought in on the wedding day.

I was able to handle the placement of these items as well as the packing up at the end of the night while the bride and groom enjoyed the time with family.

Champagne anyone?

Allie and Justin chose our champagne wall for guests to grab on their way to the ceremony.

The party continued during dancing underneath our fabulous disco balls where the happy couple surprised guests with a choreographed first dance.

A sparkler send off completed the night. Just outside the main entrance to Port 393, Allie and Justin were sent off by family and friends, a magical moment created by photographer/videographer team Scarlett Ace Media.

It was the perfect way to end the night for the lovely newlyweds.

It was such a pleasure to work alongside Allie and Justin and to be a part of their first chapter!!
