Kir Royale-
Simple. Elegant. Timeless. With just three ingredients, this classic cocktail is effortlessly sophisticated. Add a splash of crème de cassis to a glass, top it with your favorite sparkling wine or champagne, and finish with a twist of lemon for a touch of flair. A quick and easy way to elevate your bubbly to something truly special.
.5 oz Crème De Cassis
Sparkling Wine or Champagne
Twist of Lemon

Chocolate Martini-
Valentine’s Day just isn’t complete without chocolate, and this decadent chocolate cocktail is the perfect match for those chocolate-covered strawberries you may have forgotten to make (don’t worry, there’s still time!). While a cocktail shaker is ideal, it’s not essential—simply combine the ingredients in a larger glass and stir vigorously. Strain into a glass rimmed with chocolate, or go the extra mile with a garnish of shaved chocolate for an indulgent touch.
1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka ( dealers choice)
1oz Godiva Chocolare Liqueur ( not dealers choice)
.5oz half and half/Baileys/Heavy cream
Garnish with chocolate covered strawberry, shaved chocolate, or drizzle glass with chocolate syrup. Or whatever you want. It’s your day. Do you.

Sangria Dos Amantes (Lovers Sangria)
Wine and strawberries are the Valentine’s Day equivalent of Cousin Eddie and eggnog at Christmas—a classic pairing for the romantics and movie buffs alike. The beauty of sangria lies in its simplicity: toss everything together, let the flavors meld, and enjoy. Let’s do this one right.
Start by adding the rosé, Cointreau, sugar, and sliced citrus to a large pot. Bring it to a simmer, dissolve the sugar, and then turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture to a container, toss in the sliced strawberries, and refrigerate for at least an hour—longer is even better. When it’s time to serve (yes, give it a little extra time!), pour over ice and top with a splash of club soda for some sparkle. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint for the finishing touch. And as you slice your citrus, let the rhythm of your favorite love song set the pace.
1 bottle Rose Wine
⅓ Cup Cointreau
¼ cup sugar
1 Lemon- sliced
1 Orange- Sliced
4 cups Strawberries ( more for garnish)

Clover Club-
Up until now, we’ve kept things pretty simple—but it’s time to unleash your inner mixologist. This classic cocktail is as balanced as it is stunning, and when made properly, it’s almost too pretty to drink. Ready to impress? Let’s dive in.
For this one, you’ll need a shaker and strainer. Start by combining the egg white and lemon juice in your shaker. Dry shake it (without ice) for longer than feels comfortable—it’s necessary to get that perfect frothy texture. Pro tip: use the length of your favorite guitar solo as your timer—it’s all about the effort!
If you got a little messy the first time, no worries—clean up and refocus. Now, add the raspberries and sugar to your shaker and muddle them together. Finish by adding the gin and ice, then give it a good final shake. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass or coupe, and garnish with fresh raspberries.
If it’s almost too beautiful to sip, you nailed it. Cheers!
1.5 Oz Gin
.5 oz lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar or .75oz simple syrup
1 Egg White ( about 1oz if you’re using store bought)
5 Raspberries ( more for garnish)
